I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 45443) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC 2148) who has worked in the mental health field for over twenty years. I provide services, supervise clinicians, conduct trainings and participate in organizations to make transformational change. As a first generation Chicana, I understand the intersects that we nagivate and how taxing it all is. I specialize in providing trauma-informed services to honor the distinct histories we all carry. I use various strategies tailored to each person's needs and integrate body-mind awareness to assist you in making and maintaining transformational change.
